What’s New
The intranet wide update in August 2023 includes significant improvements and changes.Â
In addition to there being new features and functionalities there have been changes made to the current areas on the intranet with one of them being ‘Help & Feedback‘:

- Help options in the UI (User Interface)
- Improved visual and text communication
- Links to help documentation
- Relates to custom tours and onboarding

Steps

- ‘In-app’ support is provided in three different locations on the intranet:
- ‘Profile menu’
- ‘Create screen’
- ‘Edit screen’
- ‘Profile menu’:
- Select your profile icon

- Navigate towards the bottom
- Select the ‘Need some help?’ box

- You will be redirected to our ‘Support site’
- Select your profile icon
- ‘Create screen’:
- Navigate to a piece of content that you would like to create by selecting the ‘+’ icon in the ‘Workbar’ and choosing from one of the following options
- Located in the top right of the screen select the ‘?’ symbol next to the ‘Save’ button
In app support – create screen
- You will be redirected to ‘Guidance’ relating around ‘Create’ screens
- ‘Edit screen’:
- Navigate to a piece of ‘Content’ that you would like to edit
- Select that ‘Content’ to be redirected to the ‘Edit’ screen
- Located in the top right of the screen select the ‘Three dots’
- From the ‘Dropdown’ select ‘Need some help?’
