Notifications

You will be able to access your ‘Notifications’ and see what you have been mentioned in or any other ‘Notifications’.

Access Notifications

Steps

1. Locate the bell icon in the ‘Workbar’ and select it.

2. Here you will be redirected to the ‘Notifications’ page
3. On the left hand side are your filter options
4. Select the “Received” tab and Sort by:
   1. ‘Forever 
   2. ‘Last 30 days’
   3. ‘Last 7 days’
   4. ‘Yesterday’
   5. ‘Today’
      1. ‘Date range’
         

         Sort by

          

5. Tick the group category options
6. Select “Apply”
7. In the Notification section select the tabs:
   1. ‘All’
   2. ‘Followers’
   3. ‘Mentions’
   4. ‘Comments’
   5. ‘Likes’
8. Once you have found a notification select it and you will be redirected to where you were either: ‘Followed’, ‘Mentioned’, received a ‘Comment‘ and/or received a ‘Like’.

Notifications – menu guidance 

Steps

1. Navigate to the ‘Workbar’ and select ‘Notifications’  (small Bell)
2. A pop-up will appear showing you your recent ‘Notifications’
3. Select a notification menu item to be redirected to the content or app related to that notification
4. Select ‘Clear All’ to clear all of your notifications
5. Select ‘View All’
6. You will be redirected to the ‘Notifications’ screen
7. On the ‘Left Hand Side’ (LHS) Sort by:
1. ‘Forever’
2. ‘1 week’
3. ‘2 weeks’
4. ‘1 month’
5. ‘6 months’
6. ‘1 year’
8. On the ‘LHS’ filter by:
1. ‘Category’
9. Select ‘Apply’
10. Select the ‘Expand All’ button or ‘Down arrow’ on a specific notification in order to see:
1. ‘Likes’
2. ‘Comments’
3. ‘Attachments’
11. Under the ‘Activity’ heading select one of the following tabs:
1. ‘All’
2. ‘Followers’
3. ‘Mentions’
4. ‘Comments’
5. ‘Likes’
12. Select a specific ‘Notification’
1. You will be redirected to that ‘Notification’
