Configuring the Workbar

In the workbar, there are three configurable menus: the create menu, directory menu and apps menu. For the create and directory menus, enable or disable links, as well as change the order in which links appear. For apps, it’s possible to enable icons and change names, as well as disable and re-order apps.

As a webmaster…

1. Go to ‘Administration’ from the workbar

2. Locate ‘Menus’ and select ‘Workbar’

You’ll see three tabs in the top right of the screen

3. In the ‘Create menu’ tab, disable the content types you will not be using

4. Select hold the lines icon to drag and drop the enabled content types and change order

5. Save

6. In the ‘Directory menu’ tab, disable the options you will not be using

7. Select hold the lines icon to drag and drop the enabled options and change order

8. Save

9. In the ‘Apps menu’ tab, choose to enable icons for apps

10. Disable the apps you will not be using

11. Select hold the lines icon to drag and drop the enabled apps and change order

12. Select the pen icon to change the name of an app and select ‘Save’

13. Save

If you have chosen to enable app icons…

1. Go back to the ‘Administration’ from the workbar

2. Locate ‘App settings’ and select ‘App icons’

3. For the apps you have enabled, upload an icon for each one

4. Save
