Easy List widget

Summary
The new Easy List widget allows content items to be manually added to build a list of links. It allows items to be added repeatedly until all required items have been added. The list layout can be varied with the options to add a custom title and / or image along with a more link path.
 
Steps 

Adding a Banner widget:

● Navigate to the relevant content page
● Select EDIT > Widgets
● Identify the Region to add the widget to and Click +
● Search and select the Easy List widget
 
The Easy List widget will open, with 4 Tabs providing a variety of options and flexibility:
● TITLE
● DISPLAY
● DESIGN
● TARGET
 
Once all relevant details are completed in the Tabs
●Select ADD button
 
Easy List widget is added to the page
 
TITLE Tab
● Override title – Select the Checkbox to:
○     Custom title – Enter the custom title
○     Heading – Select the Heading style
 
● Link title – Select the checkbox to:
○     Link title – Enter a ‘Link path’
 
DISPLAY Tab
Add Another Item
1. Title – mandatory Title of each the list item
2.Summary – optional Summary description of the list item
3. Link – Select
○    Internal Section
○    Internal Other Content
○    External
 
Internal Section
● Enter and select the Section
 
Internal Other Content
● Enter and select the Content
External
● Enter or paste External link
 
Reorder List
You can change the order the items are displayed in the list
● Click and drag each item using ‘=’
 
Alternatively:
● Select the SHOW ORDER button to reveal the order numbers
● Changing the order number on one item, will switch places with the item previously in that order position
 
DESIGN Tab
Add image
● Check Image to add an image
● Add file – popup opens, with 3 tabs
 
UPLOAD tab
● UPLOAD FILE
○    Find file
○    Open
● or drag and drop
● Add Describe your image
● SAVE button
 
FILES tab
● Filters
○    Search files
○    File type – dropdown options (-Any- [default], Audio, Document, Image, Video)
○    My Section – checkbox
○    Section – autocomplete
○    Sort by – dropdown options (Upload date [default], Use count)
○    Order – dropdown options (Ascending, Descending [default])
○    APPLY button
● Image previews – select file to add check on that item
● SAVE button
 
MY FILES tab
(displays only files owned by the user)
● Filters
○   Search files
○   File type – dropdown options (-Any- [default], Audio, Document, Image, Video)
○   Sort by – dropdown options (Upload date [default], Use count)
○   Order – dropdown options (Ascending, Descending [default])
○   APPLY button
● Image previews – select file to add check on that item
● SAVE button
 
Crop image
Once the image is added, there are two options:
● Delete image
● Crop image
 
More link
Override the more link path – Select Checkbox to:
● More link text – Enter Link text
● Show more link url – Select Checkbox
○   More link url – Paste link path
 
TARGET Tab
Target content at users from teams, locations, role grades or regions. By default, None is selected and no content is targeted at a specific group of users, enabling all users to see the content.
 
When a target category is selected the corresponding options will display at the bottom of the screen, enabling you to select each group of users the content is to be targeted at.
● None – Default
●Teams – Only users in the teams you select will be able to view this
content
● Locations – Only users in the locations you select will be able to view this
content
● Role grades – Only users in the role grades you select will be able to view
this content
● Regions – Only users in the regions you select will be able to view this
content
