Pasting text from Word into a content type

Step by step:
- From the Word document, copy the formatted text
- Go to the Invotra website and either:
- Create a new piece of content – by selecting the ‘+’ option and selecting a content type, or:
- Open an existing content type – navigate to the content type and select the ‘EDIT’ option followed by the ‘Content’ option
- Paste the copied text into the ‘Body’ section and ‘Save’ your changesÂ
When you ‘SAVE’ your changes, all Microsoft font tags and styles from the pasted text will be removed and will instead adopt the Invotra formattingÂ
Note: Pasting from Word when the WYSIWYG Formatting option is:Â
- Enabled:
- The pasted text will still retain the MS Office styles
- This formatting can be removed i.e. if you select any bold text, you can unbold the text by using the Bold option from the WYSIWYG editor
- Disabled:
- The pasted text will still retain the MS Office styles
- This formatting cannot be removed i.e. if you select any bold text, you cannot unbold the text as this option is not available in the WYSIWYG editor
