Pasting from Word

Summary

Pasting text from Word into a content type

Step by step:
  1. From the Word document, copy the formatted text
  2. Go to the Invotra website and either:
    • Create a new piece of content – by selecting the ‘+’ option and selecting a content type, or:
    • Open an existing content type – navigate to the content type and select the ‘EDIT’ option followed by the ‘Content’ option
  3. Paste the copied text into the ‘Body’ section and ‘Save’ your changes

When you ‘SAVE’ your changes, all Microsoft font tags and styles from the pasted text will be removed and will instead  adopt the Invotra formatting
