Creating content types
In this short video, we’re going to know about creating content. Starting point would be going up to your work bot where you select the create button and you can choose a content type.
And here I’m going to choose news <inaudible>. So now you can see your create screen. We have a number of fields to complete on the left-hand side, and you have a draw on the right-hand side, which includes all of your workflow options and publishing options.
So let’s go ahead and add some details into this content <inaudible>. So I’ve added some details into the title, into the body, and we can go ahead and add an image.
Right. I’ve added my image and going on to Make Lauren through the owner of this content below, we’ve got various tab options.
The first is links for internal links and external links. We then have tags to tag your content to quite general topics, projects, primary category and country.
We also have targeting options. If you want to target certain teams, locations, or roles, engagement for comments, promote for promoting this content and search options, but I’m going to leave the content as it is.
And I’m going to go ahead and organize where this content is actually going to be saved. So go to the right-hand corner in the drawer, and I’m going to put this under the news section, and now I can change my work flow state.
I could choose draft as it is until such time. It may be ready to be published, but for the purposes of this video, I’m going to just go ahead, select published, check, publish date revision options.
If you want to and review data. If you want to view this content at a later stage, once you’re happy with your selection, just go ahead and select the save button.
You could then have two options. One is to save and editing, which will take you off to be able to add more widgets to the screen.
Or you can go ahead and click save and close to view your content in page view.
