Summary
Be able to use the different ‘Intranet Tools’ available for you to configure on your intranet
Steps
- Navigate to the ‘Workbar‘ and select the cog icon (Administration)
- You will be directed to the ‘Administration’ search.
- Select the ‘Intranet tools‘ dropdown
- You will be redirected to the ‘Export‘ screen
- Here you have the option to ‘Export‘:
- Users
- Teams
- Locations
- Job roles
- To ‘Export‘ select the ‘Three dots‘ in the ‘Actions‘ column and then the ‘CSV Export‘ option
Note: There are known issues with CSV files when opened with Exel. Some fields do not display as expected
