Moderation

You will be able to access any content that has been reported and ‘Moderate’ it.

Access Moderation

Steps

1. 1. Select the “Moderate content” tab
      

      Select moderate content tab

       

   2. You will be redirected to see any content that has been reported
      

      Select review button

       

   3. Here you can then assess the content and decide whether to 
      1. “Keep reported content”
      2. Or
      3. “Delete reported content”
   4. Note: If you decide to keep reported content then this will also remove the report flag
      1. If you decide to ‘Delete’ the reported content then you can not undo this action once you select ‘Delete’

Moderate comments

You will be able to access and review any comments that have been reported and ‘Moderate‘ it.

Steps

1. 1. Select the “Moderate Comments” tab
      

      Moderate Comments tab

   2. You will be redirected to see any comments that have been reported 
   3. On the LHS of the screen you can “Sort by”:
      1. ‘Forever’ 
      2. ‘Today’ 
      3. ‘Yesterday’ 
      4. ‘Last 7 days’
      5. ‘Last 30 days’
      6. ‘Date range’ 
   4. Search for “Comments” using the “Search Bar”
   5. To review the comments select “Review”
      

      Select the review button
