‘Content’ search filters

  • Sort by: 
  • Relevance
    • Newest
    • Oldest
  • Section: All or one specific section
  • Created date
  • Content types
  • Updated date 
  • ‘Show attachments in results’ option
  • ‘Show archived content in results’ option

 

‘People’ search filters

  • Sort by:
    • Surname (A-Z)
    • Surname (Z-A)
    • Forename (A-Z)
    • Forename (Z-A)
    • Newest 
  • Location 
  • Team 
  • Job Title
  • Organisational skill 
  • Role grade

 

‘Teams’ search filters

  • Sort by:
    • Relevance
    • Name (A-Z)
    • Name (Z-A)

 

‘Locations’ search filters

  • Sort by:
    • Relevance
    • Name (A-Z)
    • Name (Z-A)
  • ‘Show archived content in results’ option

 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the filters bar
  2. Select the filter/s that you wish to apply
  3. Select the ‘APPLY FILTERS’ option (or to clear filters, select ‘RESET FILTERS’

The filtered search results will be displayed
